How do I get started?

Download the MySecurityApp from your app store:

iOS  or  ANDROID

How will my business be uniquely registered?

We use your business domain name to uniquely register your business. To do this we require you to register using your business email address. Public email accounts such as Gmail or Outlook and not permitted.

How do I safely and uniquely add users to my teams?

When users are invited to join your group they will receive a sign-up code which will securely place them in your company group. When they log in for the first time they will enter the unique code which will assign them to your team.

How does the costing work?

Our costing is based on a combination of number of users and teams. You can choose between STARTER, SMALL, MEDIUM and LARGE.
Then you can choose additional, optional add-ons you might want to use for you business such as Asset Management, and People and Employee management with Facial Recognition. You sign up via the app and subscriptions are handled through your relevant app store.

What if I want to cancel?

Cancel at any time via your Playstore or App Store Subscriptions. Your subscription will then be cancelled at the end of your current billing cycle.
